Capabilities

-
I regularly advise and/or provide strategic advice in large international tax matters (in English, German and French, having read law in all three countries) and assist clients in putting together and leading their international legal team if required;
-
As a barrister I have higher rights of audience, which allows me to represent clients in all levels of courts, thus providing a one-stop shop (which is unusual in the UK due to the separation of the legal profession into solicitors and barristers).
